We're here to facilitate those connections and make real estate investment dreams come true. The Acquisitions Agent has a personality that takes the initiative and is competitive. This role requires grit and a drive to excel and get things done. This is a role that requires the person to thrive under pressure. No real estate experience is necessary, but sales experience is preferred. This is a long-term position with a large potential for growth. Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners who've reached out to us to sell their home
- Uncover seller motivation through consultative conversations and present compelling, creative offers
- Own your pipeline — follow up with precision and persistence to turn leads into closed deals
- Run property evaluations using our proprietary tools and training
- Manage your deals inside our CRM with accuracy and discipline
- Show up to weekly team meetings and ongoing trainings
