Job Title: Bookkeeper / Data Entry Associate

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: 3 days/week, 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM

Location: Centennial, CO

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bookkeeper / Data Entry Associate for a growing company in the consumer goods space. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with accounting and operations, as the company is willing to train on systems and processes. They are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Highlights:

• Assist with basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
• Enter and maintain data across systems (training provided on Fishbowl, QuickBooks, and TrueCommerce EDI)
• Process expense reports and support general bookkeeping functions
• Handle and organize physical paperwork and documentation
• Maintain accuracy and organization of financial records
• Work closely with internal team to support day-to-day operations

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Basic computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
• Prior experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a small office environment
