Bid Coordinator Location: West Columbia, SC (Onsite) Contract: 12 Months Bill Rate: $43.50/hr Overview The Bid Coordinator supports the Equipment Sales team by managing bid documentation, maintaining accurate CRM data, and coordinating all bid-related activities across multiple office locations. The attached document notes responsibilities such as "maintaining (data entry, editing existing information, maintaining accuracy) Salesforce software database" and handling bid coordination tasks. Responsibilities Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for accuracy. Download/review project plans and validate bid opportunities. Create electronic job folders and shared calendar entries. Send bid notifications to estimating teams. Prepare weekly bid follow-up reports for the Equipment Sales team. Support documentation accuracy across Charleston, Greenville, and Columbia offices. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years administrative experience. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows OS).
