Project Manager

About Us:
At Quality Builds Alaska, we specialize in high-quality remodeling—from bathrooms and kitchens to full-scale residential renovations. We take pride in craftsmanship, communication, and client satisfaction. Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and elevate our builds to the next level.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee remodeling projects from pre-construction to completion
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all job sites
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
Conduct site visits, schedule inspections, and maintain documentation

What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in construction or remodeling
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication skills—client-facing experience is a plus
✅ Proficient with project management tools and digital reporting
✅ Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and manage job site flow
✅ Knowledge of local building codes and OSHA safety standards
✅ Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
✅ Attention to Detail

Base pay + Comission Pay

Salary range: $60,000-$120,000++ (Anual)

Nice to Have:
Experience with residential and commercial projects
Familiarity with Alaska’s climate-specific construction needs
Design and materials knowledge
