Lotus Method Pilates is a boutique, membership-based Reformer Pilates studio known for it's elevated client experience, precision-based instruction, and intimate class environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable instructor to join our team for weekend teaching and class coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an instructor who values quality over quantity, thrives in a professional, structured setting, and is passionate about delivering intentional, form-focused Pilates.

POSITION DETAILS:

-Weekend availability required (Saturday mornings essential)

-Opportunity for additional subbing/coverage and/or additional classes during the week (Afternoons to early evening)

-Small group classes (8 max.)

-50 Minute class format

-Premium, loyal membership clientele.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-You are: Certified in Reformer Pilates (Required)

-Reliable, punctual, professional

-Strong in verbal cueing and hands-on corrections.

-Comfortable in maintaining class flow while prioritizing form and safety.

-Available to workshop and learn the Lotus Method of Pilates created by the owner. Owner will offer 1:1 comprehensive training.

-Passionate about creating an elevated, high-end client service.

Would be helpful if you:

-Have experience with tower and/ or stability chair and appreciate a Classical foundation with an athletic edge, as the Lotus Method is dynamic Pilates!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead safe, effective, and engaging Reformer classes.

-Arrive on time, prepared for all scheduled classes.

-Ensure proper setup, spring changes and client adjustments on the Reformer.

-Maintain studio standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

-Step in for class coverage when available.
