Carts Gone Wild is a golf car shop that designs & assembles new/used custom golf cars, in addition to standard golf car builds. Carts Gone Wild specializes in the sale of golf cars, accessories, and specialized utility vehicles. Carts Gone Wild provides a full-service center for major golf car lines including, but not limited to: Club Car, EZGO, & Yamaha.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is for a full-time sales representative. This sales representative will be responsible for interacting with potential customers. They act as a point of contact between the customer and business. They will perform a range of activities from identifying customer needs, fulfilling them with the desired products or services needed, and assisting with the scheduling of service work. Good interpersonal & communication skills are required to effectively perform these duties. The primary objective of this position is to drive sales & promote Carts Gone Wild.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
· PROSPECTING & LEAD GENERATION: Finding new potential customers through outreach, referrals, and networking
· CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Contacting leads & clients, identifying their needs, presenting tailored product/service solutions, contacting customers to inform status on sales & service
· SALES PRESENTATION: Understanding & demonstrating product features & benefits, highlighting how they solve the customers’ needs/issues
· NEGOTIATION & CLOSING: Discuss pricing, prepare quotes/estimates, secure sales
· SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE: Design & create social media content, list products on company website
· COLLABORATION: Answer phones, take messages, field customer inquiries, & work diligently to assist all company departments to further create a successful workplace environment
· MARKET AWARNESS: Staying informed on industry products, trends, & competitors
· TRACKING: Track & record sales of showroom inventory

· TIME MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATION: Manage daily schedules, sales pipeline, & sales records
· TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Familiarity with CRM, POS, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, & Social Media
· PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Ability to develop an understanding of our products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
· EDUCATION: High school diploma & equivalent REQUIRED, bachelor’s degree preferred
· EXPERIENCE: Prior sales experience preferred (2 years)
· KEY COMPETENCIES:
· Analytical thought process
· Ability to work in a group/team setting
· Knowledge to ask questions when needed
· Valid driver’s license
· Willingness to expand, grow, & develop professionally
