The Role: The Sales Representative supports Green City Growers’ growth by building relationships with prospective and existing clients and guiding them through the sales process of bringing urban farming programs; delivered through our Farming-as-a-Service (FaaS) model; to their indoor and outdoor spaces.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on consultative sales and partnership development. The position works closely with companies and organizations to understand their goals and design programs that support sustainability initiatives, workplace wellness, community engagement, and access to on-site locally grown food.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This role is an individual contributor with the opportunity to grow into more senior positions as the company scales.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred.
Communication Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in all circumstances, including over the phone, email and in person. Must have strong written, verbal interpersonal and cross-cultural skills to communicate and work with employees, team-members, supervisor, management, and other external stakeholders.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of MS Office Suite Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive & GMail. Ability to learn: Canva, and CRM database software and be proficient in Internet software.
Other Skills and Abilities: Promote a positive Company image and must understand overall department and company priorities. Must be a team player with a can-do attitude and be goal driven and work well with minimal supervision, take initiative, be a self-starter, have a sense of urgency and be process driven. Must prioritize workload, track and follow-up with pending matters.
