Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years relevent work experience.
Master's Degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and 5 years related work experience in a system engineering/analysis area.
Relevant Work Experience
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus, required.
Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills, required.
Experience creating requirements and tracking projects using Azure Dev Ops or a similar work management platform, required.
Ability to facilitate meetings to decompose business processes and identify changes needed to leverage analytics benefits, required.
Experience managing multiple products or projects simultaneously, required.
Experience with progress and status reporting across stakeholder groups, required.
Experience managing budgets and forecasts, preferred.
Experience developing resource plans for large projects and defining roles required for delivery, preferred.
Experience producing formal presentations and documentation for executive and regulatory audiences, preferred.
Experience with SAFe Agile program management and or transformation initiatives, preferred.
Experience with energy efficiency, demand-side management, electric vehicles, and or other clean energy programs from a utility or participating vendor perspective, preferred.
Familiarity with New York State climate and energy regulations including the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, Con Edison rate cases, New Efficiency New York, and related proceedings, preferred.
Strong skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, preferred.
