JOB TITLE: Admissions Support Representative
REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Admissions Support
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is seeking an Admissions Support Representative to join our Admissions team. This role is critical in supporting prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process while also ensuring a high-quality guest and student experience across campus operations.
ICE is one of America’s leading centers for culinary education and the largest culinary school in New York City and Los Angeles. We are dedicated to helping students of all backgrounds pursue careers in the culinary and hospitality industries.
This role requires a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. The Admissions Support Representative will support Admissions Representatives, assist applicants through the enrollment process, and serve as a key point of contact for students, guests, and prospective students—ensuring a seamless and positive experience from inquiry through start.

WHAT WE OFFER:
PAY: $18.00-$21.00/hour (based on experience)
The position is full-time and requires flexibility to work some evenings and occasional weekend shifts according to department rotation, which is set in advance.
