Sanitation Supervisor - Bilingual

JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you\'ll be doing - Lead and work alongside a

small sanitation team each night Make sure all cleaning is done right, on time, and up to standard Run pre-op inspections and own the quality of the work Help manage sanitation systems, including schedules, documentation, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards Train and coach team members (English/Spanish) Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to make sure nothing gets missed This is ahands-on leadership role. You\'ll be on the floor with your team, not behind a desk. What success looks like - The plant is consistently clean, organized, and ready for startup Your team knows what to do and executes without constant direction Pre-op issues are rare because things are done right the first time Cleaning and documentation standards are consistently met without gaps You catch issues early and fix them before they become bigger problems What we\'re looking for - 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or food production Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Someone who leads by example and holds a high standard Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers. Evaluate employee performance. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and engage a team. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and industrial sanitation standards. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Balanced mindset that values both production efficiency and sanitation excellence. Willingness and ability to perform physical cleaning tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Preferred Skills and Qualifications - Experience in the food processing or related sanitation operations. Knowledge of food safety programs (e.g., SQF, BRC) preferred.
