About the Role

United Bags is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support customers, assist the sales team, and help keep sales and order processes running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, following up on details, supporting account activity, and making sure information is handled accurately and on time.

In this role, you will communicate with customers and internal teams, support quotes and orders, maintain accurate CRM and/or ERP records, and help ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process. You will play an important role in helping the sales team serve customers, move opportunities forward, and deliver a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone and email
  • Support the sales team with customer follow-up, quotes, orders, account updates, and related sales documentation
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and account information in CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Track open quotes, customer requests, order updates, and follow-up items with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, customer service, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
  • Assist with preparing quotes, estimates, invoices, order documents, and customer communications
  • Follow up with customers regarding product information, pricing, order status, and next steps
  • Help identify customer needs and support upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
  • Use Excel and Microsoft Office to manage reports, updates, customer records, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provide general sales support to help maintain a smooth and responsive customer experience
  • Ensure information is accurate and up to date across systems

Required Qualifications

  • Experience communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Experience supporting sales, customer accounts, orders, quotes, or related customer service processes
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls to customers, leads, or past inquiries
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, POS, order-entry, or customer database systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams to complete work and resolve customer issues
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
  • Background in sales support, inside sales, account coordination, customer service, order processing, or administrative support
  • Experience preparing quotes, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, or sales documents
  • Experience supporting outside sales reps, account managers, or a business-to-business sales team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
