Role Overview
- We are looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- This role focuses on guest services, reservations, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all guests.
Key Responsiblities:
- Support daily hotel operations and assist the Hotel Manager
- Manage guest reservations and booking platforms
- Assist with guest check-ins, enquiries, and requests
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams as needed
Requirements:
- Must be located within a reasonable vicinity of Montauk, as housing is not included
- Experience managing guest reservation platforms is required
- Experience with MEWS is strongly preferred
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
