Production Manager – Music Venue (DJ & Live Bands)

Role Overview

• The Production Manager oversees the technical and operational aspects of live events at the venue, including DJ performances and live bands.
• This role ensures every show runs smoothly from advance planning through to final load-out.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production & Execution

• Manage end-to-end production for DJ sets and live band performances
• Oversee load-in, soundcheck, showtime, and load-out
• Create and execute detailed run-of-show schedules

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate audio, lighting, and backline requirements with artists
• Work closely with sound engineers, lighting technicians, and stage crew
• Ensure all equipment is set up safely and operates to a high standard

Artist Advancing

• Review and fulfil technical riders and hospitality riders
• Communicate with artist teams, tour managers, and booking agents ahead of shows
• Confirm set times, stage plots, and production requirements

Team Management

• Supervise production staff, freelancers, and stagehands
• Assign roles and ensure efficient workflow during events
