Classic Football Shirts is continuing its expansion into the U.S. market with the launch of a summer Pop-Up store in Dallas. As a market leader in original and authentic football shirts, we’ve built a loyal global customer base by offering a diverse and rare collection of vintage shirts. Following our success in the UK and internationally, we’re bringing our passion for football and sustainable fashion to this temporary retail experience.

Job title: Retail Assistant (Temporary Pop-Up)
Location: Dallas 2633 Main Street #150 - Deep Ellum Texas, 75226
Contract: Temporary (mid-May to end of July)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming store environment
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
Sales Support:
Support the team in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Store Operations:
Assist with daily store tasks including opening/closing duties
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards
Inventory Management:
Support stock control, replenishment, and deliveries
Assist with stock takes and ensure accurate product handling
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support supervisors and managers as needed
About you:
Passionate about football, with an interest in classic and authentic shirts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
