Project Manager – Field
Illinois | Full-Time

- Cross‑training and advancement opportunities
- Company‑sponsored memberships
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role dependent)
- A people‑first culture that values accountability, trust, and doing work the right way
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of field experience in solar, electrical, or construction execution
- Proven ability to manage jobs on‑site from start to finish
- Strong understanding of commercial solar installations
- Clear, confident communicator with contractors and internal teams
- Willingness to travel throughout Illinois (50–80%, primarily day trips), with occasional overnights for out‑of‑state projects
- Forklift certified a plus; certification required after hire if not currently certified
- Solution‑oriented mindset
- Valid Driver’s License
