Job Title: Creative Operations Specialist (Media Creative)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (6+ Months, with possibility of extension)

- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Model: Hybrid (onsite presence required periodically)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of media creative projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring creative initiatives are efficiently planned, tracked, and delivered across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enable high-quality creative output.
Creative Operations & Project Execution:
- Support end-to-end creative project workflows including intake, briefing, scheduling, and delivery tracking
- Assist in gathering project requirements and identifying gaps or risks
- Maintain detailed timelines, status reports, and tracking documentation
- Ensure projects progress smoothly through all stages of the creative lifecycle
Workflow, Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate communication between creative teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Organize and support meetings, including status updates, reviews, and stand-ups
- Document action items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Escalate risks, delays, or resource conflicts as needed
Tools, Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate tracking within project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Microsoft Office)
- Support continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and processes
- Organize and maintain creative documentation and resources
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Partner with creative, design, and production teams to support project execution
- Collaborate with strategy, sales, and account management teams on deliverables
- Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related roles
- Experience working with creative or marketing teams (agency or media experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Figma)
- Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of digital media channels (social, video, onsite/offsite) preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management
- Passion for creative excellence and operational efficiency
