Professional Care Services of West TN, Inc (PCS) is a leading not-for-profit community mental health agency with a 54-year history in providing outpatient behavioral health and substance use services to children and adults across West TN. PCS is currently recruiting for a CFO/Financial Controller position. The CFO will oversee accounting, financial controls, and the overall financial health of the organization, including managing back-office operations, the organization’s internal budget and finances, overseeing investment opportunities and revenue cycles, developing financial strategies, and leading a small administrative team. The CFO is a member of the senior executive management team based at the administrative office in Covington, TN.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and oversight of employees involved with finance, accounting, billing, and other revenue functions.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
