Responsibilities
This entry level role supports the Marketing team in improving how we welcome and engage customers, visitors, and large groups at the center.
The individual in this role will support one or more improvement projects, such as:
Help improve consistency and organization behind customer visits and tours.
How this role contributes:
• Assist with reviewing current customer visit and tour processes
• Help gather information on what works well and where improvements may help
• Support updates to customer visit checklists, templates, and planning tools
• Assist with preparation of visit materials (welcome items, badges, schedules)
• Help track visit details and basic feedback under guidance from the team
• Help organize merchandise for tours, events, and gift kits
• Assist with inventory preparation for customer visits and peak periods
• Help prepare simple documentation or reference materials
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with customers and internal teams
• Willingness to learn and try new tasks
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with guidance and support
Helpful (Not Required)
• Customer service, retail, events, or hospitality experience
• Interest in marketing, branding, or customer experience
• Experience helping with projects or events
• Interest in learning AI or digital tools for organization and reporting
