Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. or
Associate's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. or
High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in any of the following areas: general accounting, budgeting, business administration, or construction contract administration.
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering and at least 3 years of experience.
Associate's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering and at least 5 years of experience.
Relevant Work Experience
Strong oral and written communications skills is required.
Proficient in the use of Oracle iprocurement and EBS is required.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft is required.
Proficient in the use of Maximo and PeopleSoft, preferred.
Familiar with Contractor Oversight System (COS), preferred.
Familiar with Contractor Oversight practices, preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
Ability to read small print and symbols
Additional Physical Demands
The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able and willing to travel within Con Edison service territory, as needed.
