Duties: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products to support Privacy program audit and oversight. Develop an agile product roadmap to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment. Establish shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Understand Metas strategic direction and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. Drive product development working with the product manager and a team of engineers and designers. Anticipate bottleneck and remove roadblocks impacting timelines and resource. Test, communicate, and enable operational readiness for a successful rollout. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Requirements: Requires a Masters degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, or related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in an information systems-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following: Program management, strategy, management consulting, communications, operations privacy policies, or regulations;Privacy or technology law;Managing projects;Organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements on a project;Privacy or security risk evaluation of new products or features;Working within a product environment and partnering with product managers and engineering functions; andManaging cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
