Lloyd Truss Systems is looking to add to our truss design team.

Working out of our office in North Mankato MN, the ideal candidate would be someone with knowledge of the building process and the desire to learn to draw high quality floor and roof truss systems for our manufacturing plant to produce for area projects.

Experience in design of some kind is a plus, but we will consider field experience as well for the trainable applicant. Strong communication skills inside and outside the office needed. Experience in reading and interpreting structural drawings/blueprints is desirable.

Starting salary based on experience with advancement based on aptitude with our software, understanding and retention of design techniques, and overall performance as you grow into this career with Lloyd Truss.

Full time, Monday-Friday. Complete benefits package. Pay negotiable with experience.
