Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Management Representative to join our Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will manage domestic orders for 30–50 assigned key accounts, overseeing the full sales order lifecycle. You will act as the primary liaison between our manufacturing facility and our clients, coordinating inventory reservations to ensure efficient fulfillment and best-in-class customer satisfaction.

salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-priority domestic accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  
  
• Order Lifecycle: Process and manage sales orders from entry through shipment, utilizing ERP systems to track progress.
  
  
• Inventory Coordination: Manage inventory reservations and allocations to meet customer demand and production schedules.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Use strong analytical skills to troubleshoot order discrepancies and resolve logistics or supply chain bottlenecks.
  
  
• Reporting: Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to generate reports and provide data-driven updates on account status.
