Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching, training, or educational experience across multiple delivery formats (online, hybrid, in-person)
Clinical, professional, or community engagement experience in healthcare, research, public health, or related applied settings
Certification in relevant professional areas (e.g., Healthcare Ethics Consultant-Certified, clinical specialty certifications)
Curriculum development experience, including creating educational materials and assessments
Canvas LMS experience as instructor and/or student
Interdisciplinary collaboration experience in healthcare, academic, public health, or community settings
Workshop facilitation and presentation experience
Experience with diverse populations and commitment to inclusive education
Experienced in applying adult learning principles and pedagogical best practices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency with online learning platforms (Canvas preferred)
Familiarity with video conferencing tools
Professional Skills
Independent work ability with strong self-direction and time management
Collaborative skills for working with interdisciplinary teams

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$1,500 per 1.0 course (minimum enrollment of 5 students required)
