Job Summary:

As the IT Analyst for Customer Support and Technical Services, you will provide support to the ProMedica user community by resolving incidents and problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals by working with users over the phone, through remote access or in person.

You will assist with escalated ticket issues and recognize trends with system-wide impact and create PRB tickets.

You will activate Directory user and device administration and enter/complete standard, security, and purchase requests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree, technical certificationor equivalent experience in providing end user technical support.

  • 1year of experience

  • A+ certification
