Right at Home is looking for a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our office. You’ll be the bridge between our amazing caregivers and the families who rely on them.

### Key Responsibilities

  • The Perfect Match: Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care that fits their specific needs.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency.

  • Team Support: Support our caregiving staff by managing shift changes, providing clear directions, and being their "eye in the sky."

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up calls and occasional home visits to ensure our high standards of care are being met.

  • Intake & Onboarding: Assist with the initial inquiry process for new families, helping them navigate their first steps toward home care.

### What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years in healthcare coordination, scheduling, or high-level customer service (Home Care experience is a huge plus!).

  • The "Puzzle-Solver" Mindset: You enjoy the challenge of making schedules work and can pivot quickly when plans change.

  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can deliver tough news with grace and celebrate wins with enthusiasm.

  • Heart: A genuine passion for the elderly and disabled communities.
