THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

Proven Sales Skills - Automotive Service Advisors are powerful salespeople at the front counter! Not only do they sell service, but they own the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, a clean driving record and be very reliable.

We seek someone comfortable with and experienced in selling preventative maintenance (not just what the customer came in for), by selling the customer on the value of their current vehicle and keeping it in optimal condition.

Customer-Centric Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction with every visit.

Efficient Workflow Management: Coordinate with technicians and manage repair orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.

Strong Communication Skills: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding service recommendations, cost estimates, and repair timelines.

Technical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services to effectively advise customers and assist technicians.

Proven Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of over 5+ years in a service advisor role, showcasing your ability to drive results and deliver high-quality service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to uphold the highest standards of quality, maintain a positive work environment, and achieve business goals.
