The Position

As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, you will manage a robust caseload, represent clients from intake through resolution, and work collaboratively with a supportive team. You will develop meaningful client relationships while building your practice and contributing to the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in plaintiff personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and premises liability claims
• Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and legal strategy sessions
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for fair client compensation
• Maintain thorough case documentation and client communication
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Engage in business development and client relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in Oklahoma in good standing
• Minimum 5+ years of legal experience with substantial plaintiff personal injury law background
• Proven trial experience and strong litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and client service

• Extensive experience in personal injury matters
• Business development and client relationship skills
• Familiarity with case management software
