What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right products
• Complete sales using our point-of-sale system
• Build rapport and provide a helpful, friendly experience
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Order & Shop Coordination

• Intake detailed work orders for the sewing department
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in customer requests
• Coordinate with the sewing team to track order progress

Inventory & Store Operations

• Stock merchandise and assist with inventory
• Maintain store organization and presentation
• Perform daily cleaning of retail space, workstations, and restrooms
• Assist with floor moves and store updates

Reporting & Team Support

• Track sewing orders and monitor progress throughout the week
• Prepare end-of-week reports for operations
• Communicate updates to ensure smooth workflow between front and back of shop

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and consistent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Regularly lift items under 20 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sundays off
