Site Manager – Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume pallet and logistics operation within a customer distribution center in Loveland, CO. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments and is passionate about safety, team development, and operational excellence.

As the Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics operations, and team leadership, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong alignment with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site warehouse operations, including pallet sorting and material handling
• Supervise, train, and develop hourly team members to meet productivity and quality goals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and improve KPIs: productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer distribution center leadership
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety, labor, and operational standards
• Partner with HR and Risk teams on employee relations, staffing, and compliance matters
• Analyze operational and financial performance; report insights to leadership
• Proactively address issues related to labor, safety, and service execution

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations management
• Proven experience in team leadership and employee development
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or pallet management operations
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
