Job Type: Full-Time (4 days/week)

Compensation: Hourly Rate + Monthly Commission

Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$90,000

Join our team!! We are looking for a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a supportive, family environment, building personal and professional skills. Joining our team means you’ll have the opportunity to work with our outstanding clients as well as gain hands on experience with the finest brands in the industry.

Training: On the job training is offered to all new hires including jewelry basics, brand training, sales/operations; off-site training offered as well for further career development in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Educate customers about our jewelry/timepiece products, including materials, gemstones, craftsmanship, and brand knowledge
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and budget
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow-up with customers on experience and future needs
  • Assist in the processing of jewelry/timepiece repairs and appraisals
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in daily inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist team members with the daily opening/closing tasks of the store
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Education: High-School Diploma or GED
  • Previous retail sales experience and customer service experience- preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods a plus; hospitality or service industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, and industry trends is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a retail driven schedule including weekends and holidays
