COMMONWEALTH’S ATTORNEYS OFFICE – SEEKS JANITORIAL SERVICES

The local Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Office is seeking bids for janitorial services to begin by June 1, 2026, as follows:

1.00 Purpose and Background

Offeror will provide janitorial services to the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney,

9th Judicial Circuit located at 54 Public Square. Elizabethtown KY42701.

2.00 Scope of Work – You Are Bidding on 2 Types of Services; Agency Will Choose One Based on Price

Once Weekly: Offeror shall they completely clean the bathrooms, sweep and mop all floors, and take out all the garbage.

Bimonthly: Around the 15th and 30th of the month, offeror shall completely clean the bathrooms, sweep and mop all floors, and take out all the garbage.

Site Evaluation: Offeror may schedule a walk-through of the approximately 3,000 sq ft space by calling
