Shift: Day Shift (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Compensation:

• Travel Rate: #2,475 to $2,661/week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Clinic/Ambulatory setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in clinical assessments, patient education, and care coordination, ensuring efficient clinic operations and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinic/ambulatory setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures
• Assist with minor procedures and treatments
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or clinic experience (required)
• Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program

Certifications & Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – New York State
• Primary Source Verification through NYSED
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required for Queens-based assignments
