Controller

Location: Grove City, OH

Reports To: CEO

We’re looking for an experienced Controller to join our team and lead our accounting function with accuracy, insight, and integrity.

As our Controller, you will oversee all accounting operations, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, and help guide the company’s financial strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening processes, supporting growth, and partnering closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting
• Manage Payroll and Human Resources, including benefits administration
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Support strategic decision‑making with accurate data and financial insights
• Manage Banking and insurance relationships
• Own the Support Revenue calculation and conversion process
• Manage Cash Flow

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and ADP Work Force Now

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
