Registered Dietitian (Hybrid – Telehealth & In-Person, Edmond, OK)

Job Summary

Well Rooted Health and Nutrition is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role (telehealth + in-person at our Edmond office).

This role focuses on providing individualized nutrition care to a diverse client population in an outpatient/private practice setting. You’ll work with clients across a variety of goals, supporting sustainable behavior change, overall health, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide ongoing counseling and support through both telehealth and in-person sessions
• Educate clients on sustainable nutrition strategies tailored to their lifestyle and needs
• Document sessions and care plans accurately using EMR systems
• Collaborate with team members to support client care and overall practice goals
• Maintain professionalism, organization, and consistency in scheduling and client follow-up

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)
• At least 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or counseling settings is a plus
• Comfortable providing both virtual and in-person care

Position Details

• Full-time, hybrid role (telehealth + in-person in Edmond, OK)
• Flexible schedule
• Expected hours: 30–40 per week
• Compensation: $40–$80/hour, based on experience and client volume
• Supported by an established referral base
