To assist teachers in implementing a developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
HS Diploma or equivalent
Cleared background check through the state of IL (provided)
Cleared medical exam inclusive of TB Test and proof of TDap and MMR Vaccines (provided if needed)
Willing to participate in 40 hours of training the 1st month of employment and additional trainings throughout the year as needed.

1. Assist teachers in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children. 2.
2. Supervise individual and group play for children.
3. Participate in all with children including but not limited to reading, large and small motor activities.
4. Assist with routine care of children including feeding, hand washing, toileting, etc.
5. Supervise outdoor play time.
6. Assist teachers by setting out and helping the children with activities.
