The Rodel AmeriCorps position is a capacity-building role focused on strengthening systems, partnerships, and program effectiveness across key education initiatives. The member supports planning, coordination, and tool development aligned with strategic priorities such as educator pathways and literacy partnerships. Through cross-team collaboration, meeting support, and synthesis of partner feedback and program insights, the role helps improve internal processes and inform continuous learning. This position contributes to building sustainable infrastructure that enhances organizational impact and supports long-term strategy.
Member Duties : Key Responsibilities: - Help plan and coordinate projects that improve how the organization works and partners with others. - Support the creation and improvement of tools, resources, and processes. - Help prepare and organize meetings and group sessions to keep work aligned and moving forward. - Track progress and summarize key takeaways to support learning and improvement. - Help teams stay connected and share insights to guide future work.
