We are looking for casual cover for our Awake overnight shifts. (11pm - 7.30am). Come and work in one of our warm, homelike environments where you'll have access to free Wi-Fi, an evening meal, and the opportunity to study towards a Level 4 qualification. Our casual role covers leave for permanent Support Workers, providing a diverse range of experiences across our mental health support services. Join us today and broaden your skillset! **The Team** You'll be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Wellington team who all have the common purpose to support people experiencing mental health challenges. **About You | Mōu** You'll have a caring nature and the ability to work with people from a person-centred approach. You'll always work in a recovery-focused way and have impeccable attention to detail. You will also need to have: * A current full driver's licence * A current first aid certificate, or are you willing to obtain one * A New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent.
