We are seeking an on-site Senior Help Desk Tech for our Garden City, NY headquarters.

What You Will Do
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple operating systems
- Troubleshoot software problems related to Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and custom tools
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure and maintain network components such as LANs (Local Area Networks), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, and networking equipment.
- Support Active Directory management, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Windows Server environments, and servers to streamline user access and security policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects involving network administration, security protocols, and system upgrades to improve overall operational efficiency.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in technical support roles with strong troubleshooting skills in diverse IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Proficiency in managing computer hardware components and operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
