Insight Global is seeking an Entry Level IT Support Technician (Level 1) to work onsite with one of our largest clients, headquartered in Hudson, OH. In this role, you'll support a large, nationwide organization and gain real-world IT experience in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a large-scale device rollout, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iPads across 250+ office locations

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal users, assisting with basic troubleshooting and technical issues

  • Set up, image, deploy, and replace end user hardware

  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT teams when needed

  • Deliver a positive, customer focused support experience

Skills and Requirements

  • Hands on experience in a professional IT support environment (internships, co ops, or school-based IT roles accepted)

  • Basic understanding of Tier 1 hardware and software support, including laptops, PCs, printers, and mobile devices

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a willingness to help end users
