CNC Machinist and CNC Programmer

Job Description

Are you a highly skilled Machinist who is tired of the monotony of high-volume production? We are hiring for a CNC Programmer & Set-up Machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a "one-off" custom parts environment. This isn’t a role where you just "hit the green button" - it’s a role where you are the master of the machine, from blueprint to the finished part.

We offer a competitive $33 - $40/hr rate, a schedule that gives you Friday afternoons off, and a clear career path to a Supervisor position to build you the CNC division. If you want a shop where management trusts your expertise, doesn't micromanage your every move, and rewards your productivity, this is the seat for you.
