job summary:
Are you a high-achieving recent graduate looking to bypass the traditional "entry-level" ladder and step directly into the room where decisions are made? We are seeking two ambitious, high-energy Performance Analysts to join a newly formed, high-stakes department at a global leader in Fintech and payments.

Reporting directly to a newly appointed Executive of Performance (who reports to the CEO), you will be at the epicenter of a firm-wide transformation. This is a "ground floor" opportunity to help build a new department from scratch, design enterprise-wide processes, and be mentored daily by C-suite leadership.

responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Work daily with C-Suite leaders to define and operationalize performance metrics that translate global strategy into measurable execution.
  • KPI Architecture: Help build and govern the enterprise KPI framework, ensuring all business units are aligned with the new "one company" sizing approach.
  • AI Integration: Leverage advanced AI prompting and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to automate reporting, conduct deep data analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Process Creation: Identify inefficiencies and root causes across business units, documenting findings and building the case for structural change.
  • Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership and investors regarding company performance and industry standing.
 
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree

- Demonstrated experience in advanced AI prompt creation to solve complex problems.

- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.

- Previous high-impact internships or in-depth work-study programs completed during undergraduate years.

- Experience or coursework in Strategic Finance, Data Science, or Fintech.

- Familiarity with KPI tracking, industry benchmarking, and investor relations.

- Prior experience in high-pressure environments (e.g., startups, investment banking, or top-tier consulting).

- Ability to turn complex data sets into clean, executive-ready insights.

- Ability to hold the room and answer rigorous questions from senior leaders.

- Understanding of how large-scale financial organizations operate and compete.
