Granite in their search for a Lead Saw Operator / Assistant Supervisor Kafka Granite is a respected, family-owned company known for transforming natural stone into high-quality architectural products used in upscale residential and commercial projects throughout North America. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support production operations and assist in supervising shop activities at their Mosinee, Wisconsin location. Position Overview: The Lead Saw Operator / Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in daily shop operations, with responsibilities that include operating stone cutting equipment, supporting production workflow, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety. This individual will also assist the Shop Supervisor with scheduling, mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the production environment.
