Owner-Operator Requirements:
•Valid CDL-A
•Own truck (2015 or newer preferred; exceptions may apply)
•Current DOT & MC authority (or ability to obtain)
•Clean driving record
•Ability to run regional or OTR (based on preference)

Fleet Manager Responsibilities:
•Manage and coordinate daily operations for assigned trucks
•Oversee driver performance, safety, and compliance
•Optimize routes, loads, and schedules
•Communicate with dispatch and leadership to maximize efficiency
•Support growth and scalability of fleet operations
