Head Lacrosse Coach - Premier Maine Summer Camp

Camp Laurel, a premier, traditional children’s camp in Maine is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Lacrosse Coach for the upcoming summer season.

This Head Lacrosse Coach role is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a dynamic boys’ and girls’ lacrosse program within a close-knit, values-driven camp community. The ideal Head Lacrosse Coach brings prior high school and/or collegiate coaching experience, a passion for teaching the game, and the ability to inspire young athletes of all skill levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a boys’ and girls’ lacrosse curriculum for campers ages 7–15
• Coaching and mentoring players ranging from beginners to advanced athletes
• Overseeing daily instruction, drills, and competitive play, including games against nearby camps
• Overseeing 2-3 coaches
• Fostering sportsmanship, confidence, and a love of the game in a supportive environment
