Role Summary
The Assistant Manager, Dermatological Relations and Strategic Communications will support the development and execution of Clinique's global dermatology engagement strategy.
This role plays an important part in strengthening Clinique's connection to the dermatological community by helping drive strategic initiatives, medical partnerships, and communications that reinforce the brand's dermatological credibility.
Working closely with Global Marketing, Communications, Product Development, and Regional teams, the Assistant Manager will help advance dermatologist-focused programs, support the development of strategic communications, and contribute to initiatives designed to deepen relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals worldwide.
This position is well suited for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with excellent communication skills and enjoys working across teams to translate strategy into meaningful global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Clinique Dermatology Strategy - Program + Event Support
Support the development and execution of Clinique's global dermatological engagement strategy in partnership with Marketing, - Communications, and Regional teams
Assist with planning and execution for conferences, medical webinars, and programs including logistics coordination, presentation support, attendee tracking, and follow-up communications
Help translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, tools, and communications that can be activated across markets
Support alignment across internal teams to ensure dermatological initiatives are integrated into broader brand priorities
Medical Community Engagement
Support the planning and execution of dermatologist-focused initiatives, including medical conferences, educational programming, and strategic partnerships
Contribute to programs designed to build authentic, long-term relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals globally
Assist in identifying new opportunities to expand Clinique's engagement within the dermatological community
Support the development of materials and messaging that communicate Clinique's dermatological heritage and scientific credibility
Strategic Communications
Draft communications and materials related to dermatology initiatives, including presentations, strategic updates, and internal communications
Support the development of messaging that articulates Clinique's dermatological positioning across internal and external audiences
Assist in preparing materials for key meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions related to dermatological programs
Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistent storytelling around dermatological initiatives
Clinique Dermatologist Sampling Program - Management + Oversight
Support the execution and day-to-day management of the Clinique Dermatologist Sampling Program
Coordinate sampling timelines, materials, inventory tracking, and program logistics in partnership with internal teams and external partners
Assist with organizing program documentation, tracking participation, and monitoring progress against established milestones
Support internal communications related to sampling initiatives, including updates, requests, and follow-ups
Contribute to ongoing process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline execution and improve program efficiency
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in brand strategy, education, communications, marketing, consulting, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting presentations, communications, or strategic materials
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level priorities into actionable initiatives
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Marketing, Communications, and Regional teams
