Electrical Testing Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Testing

Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role will focus on inspecting electrical components and assemblies, while also supporting general quality inspections across production when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical and manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and ensuring high-quality standards are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Electrical Inspection: Perform visual and functional inspections of electrical components and assemblies Verify operation of outlets, lighting, and other electrical features Check torque and conduit markings and apply inspection indicators as needed Conduct basic electrical testing (continuity, insulation, polarity, etc.) Document inspection results, test data, and any non-conformances Identify and report defects or deviations to appropriate team members General Quality Control: Support inspections in welding, assembly, paint, and other production areas Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Follow drawings, SOPs, and quality standards Maintain inspection tools and equipment \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or electrical training preferred Experience in electrical inspection, assembly, or testing Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams or schematics Familiarity with electrical testing tools (multimeter, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and across multiple departments PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and visual inspection ability \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: manitowoc@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Call For Appointment: 920-683-3000 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
