Are you an experienced spa professional or wellness entrepreneur ready to launch or expand your own business? We are seeking a motivated and visionary spa operator to establish and manage a full-service spa within our established hotel and conference center property.

This is a unique opportunity to build your own brand while benefiting from a built-in customer base of hotel guests, conference attendees, and local clientele.

About the Opportunity

Our property offers a strong foundation for success, including consistent guest traffic, event-driven demand, and a distinctive setting ideal for relaxation and wellness services. We are looking for a tenant who will partner with us to design, build out, and operate a spa that enhances the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and operate a spa concept aligned with your vision and expertise
• Offer services such as massage therapy, skincare treatments, body treatments, and other wellness services
• Create a welcoming, high-quality guest experience for both hotel guests and the public
• Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staffing, scheduling, marketing, and service delivery
• Collaborate with hotel management on cross-promotional opportunities and guest packages
• Source contractors and produce deliverables through project completion

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed and experienced spa professional, esthetician, massage therapist, or wellness business owner
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building or growing a business
• Ability and willingness to contribute to initial construction and build-out costs
• Strong customer service and operational management skills
• A clear vision for a spa concept that complements a hotel and conference environment
