JOB SUMMARY:


The Grant Project Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two externally funded curriculum and professional development projects in agricultural and STEM education. The position will manage project timelines and deliverables, facilitate communication among co-PIs and partners, and coordinate multi-site curriculum implementation and follow-up activities. The coordinator will also assist with research and evaluation tasks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting for diverse stakeholder audiences. Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:


25% - Essential - Project Management and Coordination
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for two concurrent grant-funded initiatives, ensuring activities are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (co-PIs, specialists, teachers, and partners) to plan curriculum rollouts, schedule meetings, and support sustained engagement and follow-up.

20% - Essential - Communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate effective communication among cross-disciplinary project teams, providing guidance and support to participating teachers and collaborators. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine curriculum materials and implementation strategies through iterative improvement cycles.

20% - Essential - Organizational and Logistical Support
Manage day-to-day logistics associated with multiple curriculum development and implementation efforts, including scheduling, resource allocation (e.g., weather stations and instructional materials), and coordination of professional development activities. Maintain organized systems for documentation, archiving educational resources, and tracking project activities.

20% - Essential - Conference and Dissemination Support
Assist with the preparation of presentations, posters, and other materials for conferences and professional meetings. Coordinate timelines and tasks related to dissemination events and help showcase project outcomes to local, state, and national audiences.

15% - Essential - Research, Evaluation, and Reporting
Assist with the design and implementation of summative assessments and other evaluation instruments; support data collection, organization, and analysis. Contribute to preparation of technical reports, manuscripts, and other documentation, and assist in developing materials for research dissemination to educators, researchers, stakeholders, and policymakers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Education - Master's Degree - Agriculture/Agricultural Education
Work Experience - 7+ years Agricultural Education/Cooperative Extension Service/4-H

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:


Education - Doctoral / Professional Degree - Agriculture/Agricultural Education

COMPENSATION INFORMATION


Anticipated Salary: up to $41,000


Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.


ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL


Normal Operations

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
