Overview
ARTIFACT is hiring an Order Fulfillment Assistant to manage online order packing and shipping at our studio.
This is hands-on, detail-driven work focused on accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The work is structured and repetitive, with a strong emphasis on consistency, organization, and speed without sacrificing quality.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and can maintain focus across a steady flow of orders.
This position reports to our Head of Operations.

What This Role Requires
Physical Demands
This is an active, on-your-feet role. The position requires:
Standing for most of the shift
Frequent movement between packing, inventory, and shipping areas
Repetitive hand and arm motion (folding, packing, labeling)
Lifting and moving boxes and materials up to 40 lbs
This role is best suited for someone comfortable with steady, active work throughout the day.
How We Work
Fulfillment is a daily rhythm of accuracy and consistency. Orders need to go out correctly and on time—no shortcuts.
We work as a small team, maintain organized systems, and take pride in delivering a product that reflects the quality of what we make.
After training and once accuracy standards are consistently met, team members may listen to music or podcasts using one earbud while working.
