Resource Team Manager

Job Description

Our private school, serving over 1,600 students, is expanding its support infrastructure for the upcoming academic year. We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Resource Team Manager to serve as the operational bridge between our administration, clinical team and the families we serve. At all times, the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality shall be maintained. This expectation includes the positive presentation of the school, its program, its staff and the constituency to those with whom the resource team manager has contact.


The Resource Team Manager will be responsible to:

  • Be the primary partner of the school principal instituting policies and procedures as well as interfacing with parents regarding all resource related programming

  • Oversee aspects of our Jon Peterson program, including compliance requirements, billing and assisting with the administrative aspects required to support student services

  • Manage documentation, service logs, and state-mandated records, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and current

  • Facilitate clear and supportive communication between the school administration, resource team and parents regarding service updates and progress

  • Manage the complex administrative logistics, compliance requirements, and scheduling demands that allow our clinical experts to focus entirely on student care

  • Work with the office manager to supporting essential aspects of the general academic program

The ideal candidate will have prior experience, will work well in teams, and conduct themselves in a professional and growth-oriented manner. This is a salaried position and our team would compensate commensurate with experience.
